DMBC PDO DMBC Parent’s Day Out is a week day preschool program that exists to provide a safe loving environment where children ages 6 weeks – 5 years of age can flourish. Our desire is to partner with parents to see each child grow spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally. Children’s Praise N’ Rainbows or CPR, is a parents day out program that offers consistent, quality care for babies, toddlers and preschool aged children. Our mission is to provide a safe, caring and fun environment. We are classified as a Parent’s Day Out and Preschool program, and therefore, are not required by the State of Tennessee to be licensed. We closely, if not completely, comply with licensing regulations, and in many cases, exceed requirements.
