“Iva ‘Rita’ Skulich, 74, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, passed away July 21st, 2025 at Rolling Hills, Bridgeport, Ohio. She was born September 15, 1950 in New Cumberland, West Virgina, the daughter Safety concerns are rising at Rolling Hills Elementary School in Fairfield after parents said a student has been terrorizing other children and staff for months. We call our Mother's Day Out program, Little Shiners Club. It is designed to provide casual child care from 9 am to 3 pm in a child-friendly space for bathroom-independent 3, 4, and 5-year-olds. Our Shiners enjoy play time in the gym, while learning from our instructors and each other in dramatic play, manipulatives, art and science activities, and outdoor play and exercise when weather permits. 91 likes, 16 comments - mikegee_0 on July 23, 2025: "Working with Rolling Hills Prep High School this year has been a blessing, and this was the day the kids found out what desire, and having a sense of urgency means to me!
