Parent’s Day Out PARENT’S DAY OUT AT FUMC IRVING Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm kids ages 6 weeks to 5 years (pre-Kindergarten) offered year round. During summer care is provided up to age 11. Kids enjoy a time of learning and playing giving you peace of mind and free time to catch up on whatever you need to get done! FirstKids and the DLC are teaming up to host a special Polar Express Themed Parents’ Day Out. All children K-6th are welcome to enjoy a fun, themed day of activities. As a bonus, this Parents’ Day out is a full 6 hours, giving you plenty of time to finish your Christmas shopping, grab a lunch date, or get some relaxing time in around the house. Parents Day Out at First United Methodist Church strives to positively impact the community by providing children with excellent care in a safe, secure, and loving Christian environment. Programming is based upon the theory that play is an effective method of learning. Children will explore and socialize through various activities throughout Parents Day Out (PDO) is an opportunity for children ages two to five to engage in social interaction with other children their age.
