Funday School is a ministry of First United Methodist Church (“FUMC”) to parents of young children in our community and has been a treasured part of Waxahachie for over 30 years. Preschoolers are offered the opportunity to spend time with children their age two days a week and learn in a loving, Christian environment. Parent's Day Out: A weekday ministry of LCBC Parent's Day Out (PDO) runs from Fall through Spring. We are currently reserving space for children ages 1 to 5 years. The program PDO is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 AM until 2 PM. If you are interested in enrolling your child as a new student, please read the PDO Parent Handbook and follow the link to complete the online Enrollment The Child Care Services program provides financial assistance to families who meet income requirements. Child care scholarships are available to help parents work, search for work, or attend school or job training. The program also supports child care providers to improve the quality of services. We love children, believe in family values and desire to partner with parents to guide their children in God’s ways. We are a Bible-based ministry of Pathway Baptist Church where we believe all moms need time away from the pressure and responsibilities of caring for children to refresh. Parents of a child enrolled in our program have the right to review all current inspections conducted by Texas DFPS, local fire department, health department and any other inspections required for the operation of the childcare center.
