Parents may enroll children for one or two days per week. The program year runs mid-September to mid-May. PDO follows the Downers Grove Grade School District 58 school calendar for time off. When District 58 is closed, PDO will also not be in session. Parents’ Day Out is a community service sponsored by St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Parents Morning Out We have one Parents’ Morning Out class for children ages 18 months to 3 years old (Must be 2 by 12/31) . The class has 18 children and three caregivers. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am -12 noon. A small nutritional snack is provided mid-morning.
