PDO’s are almost exclusively hosted by churches, although they don’t really call them PDO anymore. In the Liberty area there’s KCLC at Pleasant Valley, St Stephens, Hilltop at the Methodist church, and Second Friends at Second Baptist. I’ve known people that used all four and would recommend them.
